Men who have spent many years in prison will often get very confused and unhappy when they eventually are released. They don’t know what to do. They don’t have any friends out there. Often they commit a crime again just to be put back I jail again. There they feel at home.

To wake up, to be released from mind prisons, is not necessarily like a walk in the park.

But I think it is peaceful. Read my blog. I think it may take "time" to get to this peace. But the peace is experienced in the Now.

Sometimes I wake up, groggy, and then I get in motion; listen to the birds, greet the sun/clouds/rain/snow. Lately, I say to "myself": "I'm so happy!"

After awhile you get used to not having a mind...it's nice. The brain functions better and stress does not exist except "out there."
